Portable Public Art for London’s Parks.
“The Portavilion will be set up in 15 open spaces between May and September, and will be the venue for a programme of events by organisations including the London Festival of Architecture, Sadler’s Wells, Tate Modern and the Round House.
The whole polyethelene structure – a main area measuring around 20m by 10m and two entrance pods – is anchored by pink ropes, and when an event is finished it can simply be deflated and moved to the next.”
This looks cool, will have to try to get a glimpse of it when it’s up in a park near by.
